   Draw the plan

   Click out walls on a snapping grid, drop in doors and windows. Rooms appear on their own as you close each loop.

   Watch it frame

   Plates, studs, corners, headers, cripples, and sills regenerate every time you move a wall. Nothing is hand-placed and nothing is saved — the lumber is a build artifact.

   Take it to site

   Bill of materials, a kerf-aware cut list packed against real stock lengths, and dimensioned blueprint sheets with a framing elevation for every wall.

Spans come from prescriptive lookup tables. This is not engineering advice — have a designer verify anything you build.
